Hi, I'm Natassia.

For years, I used food to regulate stress, pressure, uncertainty, and emotions I didn't know how to process. After losing 65kg, I expected the struggle to end. It didn't. The weight changed. The patterns didn't.

Food noise. Urges. Guilt. Binge–restrict cycles that felt automatic. That's when I realised something most people are never taught: lasting change isn't created by another plan. It's created by understanding the behavioural loop driving the urge in the first place.

I stopped chasing weight loss. And started studying behaviour.

The real work isn't about shrinking your body. It's about interrupting the patterns wired for survival, not just your stability. Today, I help men and women dismantle emotional eating cycles, rebuild self-trust, regulate their nervous system, and create structure that makes weight stability a byproduct — not the obsession.

Most people think food is the problem. But food is the solution they found when life felt too heavy, too overwhelming, or too painful to sit with.

At Feel It, Not Feed It, we help you explore the real reason behind why you're eating when you're not hungry. Because what you're really craving isn't in the fridge.
